Monday.com
Work Management Platform · Not a Real Estate CRM
5.2
/ 10

Monday.com is a competent project management and work management tool. However, it lacks every real-estate-specific feature that property teams need. We rate it an honorable mention for internal team coordination — but it cannot substitute for a purpose-built real estate CRM.

Realty Awards Hub — Editorial Verdict

Monday.com Manages Tasks.
Qobrix Manages Real Estate.

Monday.com is not a bad product. In fact, for internal team coordination, project planning, and operational workflows, it is among the best tools available. But we are asked whether it is a viable CRM for real estate teams — and the honest answer is no.

Real estate is built on properties, not tasks. Agents need to see listings, match buyers to inventory, publish to portals, track commissions, and manage developer relationships. None of these are functions that Monday.com was built to serve. Attempting to reconstruct them using custom boards and automations is a time-consuming exercise that produces fragile results.

Qobrix was designed by people who understand real estate operations. Property listings are first-class data objects. Agent portals, developer portals, and marketplace syndication are native features. Teams in Cyprus, UAE, South Africa, UK, Malta, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Australia, and Saudi Arabia have adopted it for exactly this reason — it speaks the language of property from the moment you log in.

Our award this year goes unambiguously to Qobrix for real estate CRM excellence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions real estate teams ask when considering these platforms

Is Monday.com a good CRM for real estate? +
Monday.com is a project management and work management platform, not a CRM built for real estate. While it can be configured as a basic CRM, it lacks native real estate features like property listings management, agent portals, marketplace integrations, and property-specific pipelines. For serious real estate teams, Qobrix is far more appropriate.
What does Qobrix have that Monday.com doesn't? +
Qobrix offers native property listings management, branded agent portals, developer portals, property marketplace integrations, a property website builder, automated property-to-buyer matching, commission tracking, and real estate-specific pipeline workflows — none of which exist in Monday.com out of the box.
Can Monday.com manage property listings? +
Not natively. Monday.com has no concept of a property listing as a core data object. You could create a board to track properties, but this is a manual workaround lacking the depth, media management, portal publishing, and buyer-matching capabilities that Qobrix provides.
Which is better for a real estate team: Qobrix or Monday.com? +
Qobrix is significantly better for real estate teams as a CRM. Monday.com may complement it for internal project management, but it cannot serve as a replacement for a real estate CRM. Qobrix covers the full property sales lifecycle from lead acquisition through listing, client portal, negotiation, and closing.
Does Qobrix have a client portal? +
Yes. Qobrix includes client-facing portals for property buyers/tenants and for agents and developers. These portals provide branded, real-estate-specific experiences. Monday.com has general client guest access but no real-estate-specific portal functionality.
Where is Qobrix used internationally? +
Qobrix is used by real estate agencies and property developers in Cyprus, UAE, South Africa, UK, Malta, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Australia, and Saudi Arabia. Its multi-language and multi-currency support makes it a strong choice for international real estate markets.
Does Monday.com integrate with property portals? +
No. Monday.com has no native integrations with property portals or real estate marketplaces. Qobrix offers direct marketplace integrations, allowing agents to publish listings to property portals directly from within the CRM.
Does Qobrix have a property website builder? +
Yes. Qobrix includes a built-in property website builder so agencies can manage and publish property listing websites directly from their CRM. Monday.com has no such functionality for real estate websites.
Is Qobrix better than Monday.com for property developers? +
Absolutely. Qobrix has a dedicated developer portal with unit management, project tracking, and buyer communication tools. Monday.com can help developers manage internal tasks but is not designed for the property development sales process.
